Commencing his career as an apprentice within LU IBEW 456, Martin Del Prado ascended the ranks to assume roles of increasing responsibility, including Foreman and General Foreman. His extensive hands-on involvement spans diverse environments such as expansive data centers, medical facilities, life science campuses, and utility sites, among others. While actively contributing in the field, Martin Del Prado concurrently pursued academic advancement, enrolling in NJIT’s Engineering Management program and diligently attending evening classes. His dedication led to successive promotions, first as a proficient BIM ("Building Information Modeling") Engineer and subsequently as a proficient Project Manager. This trajectory culminated in his ascension from Project Manager to Project Executive and eventually to the esteemed position of Vice President/Director of Operations. In this elevated role, he provided oversight to a substantial workforce exceeding 100 IBEW Electricians, Project Managers, and Superintendents. Martin Del Prado's accomplishments are augmented by a portfolio of esteemed certifications, alongside his role as an instructor, where he adeptly conveyed his knowledge in BIM Engineering and Apprenticeship classes for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. The remarkable journey spanning from his initial apprenticeship to his adept management of over 100 IBEW electricians, coupled with his adept orchestration of multi-million-dollar projects, uniquely equips Martin Del Prado to spearhead DPI in establishing an innovative industry benchmark.

Nicholas brings over 24 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry and is a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local #164. He joined DPI Electric and Communications in 2024 after building a strong foundation in the field and spending six years in leadership roles as a Superintendent and Project Manager. Throughout his career, Nicholas has advanced from General Foreman to Superintendent, Project Manager, and Director of Operations, gaining comprehensive expertise across all phases of electrical construction. His hands-on experience and leadership background provide a well-rounded perspective that benefits both project execution and client relations. Nicholas has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-rise buildings, vivarium spaces, amusement parks, data centers, hospitals, and tenant fit-outs, as well as utility gas infrastructure and instrumentation upgrades. He brings extensive knowledge in estimating, project management, contract negotiations, budgeting, and project planning. Delivering valuable insight and reliable results for clients. As a key member of DPI’s Electrical Management team, Nicholas focuses on delivering high-quality electrical and communications solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and private sector projects. His commitment to professionalism, strong work ethic, and dedication to client satisfaction make him a valuable asset to the DPI team.

Isaias Madeira is a construction and technology leader with over 15 years of electrical trade experience and more than seven years specializing in engineering, BIM coordination, VDC, and project management. As Director of Construction & Business Development at DPI Electric & Communications, he drives operational strategy, technology integration, preconstruction planning, and project execution across complex, high-value construction environments. He is known for improving project efficiency through optimized workflows, prefabrication strategies, and advanced virtual design and construction practices. Recognized for his driven leadership approach and ability to build lasting professional relationships, Isaias has successfully led multidisciplinary teams while coordinating architectural, structural, and MEPF systems across large-scale projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, aviation infrastructure, and major commercial and industrial developments. His expertise spans 3D modeling of complex electrical systems, clash detection, construction documentation, and full lifecycle project management—from preconstruction through closeout. Passionate about advancing construction technology and workforce development, Isaias leads internal training initiatives and implements emerging solutions such as robotic layout and digital prefabrication. He also plays a key role in business development, fostering collaboration with clients and partners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. As a member of IBEW Local Union #164, he brings a practical, field-driven perspective to every project.

Justin Michalski is a highly accomplished Senior Estimator with extensive experience in the electrical construction industry, specializing in large-scale healthcare, data center, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, he combines advanced technical expertise with strategic project insight to deliver accurate, high-value estimates that drive project success. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in securing over $210 million in construction contracts, consistently producing precise cost estimates and successfully managing complex preconstruction processes. He is recognized for his proficiency in estimating software platforms including Trimble, Accubid, ConEst, and IntelliBid, as well as his expertise in change orders, database management, and unit price estimating. His work spans prominent projects such as JFK Airport, NYCDOT Traffic Signal Maintenance, LaGuardia Airport runway systems, and major pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. Known for his analytical rigor, organizational skills, and ability to align estimating with project management and field operations, he is dedicated to delivering excellence across both public and private sector projects. Active member of IBEW Local #3, he combines technical mastery with leadership, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Michele Devereaux is a resourceful and detail-oriented office professional with over thirteen years of experience supporting operations across Electrical, HVAC construction, custom cabinetry, toy industries, residential real estate remodeling, and medical publishing. She excels at combining administrative expertise with accounting, human resources, and project coordination to drive organizational efficiency and ensure seamless business operations. Currently serving as Office Manager at DPI Electric & Communications, she oversees payroll, job costing, vendor management, insurance administration, and project coordination, reporting directly to the company president. Her hands-on approach and strong organizational skills enable her to maintain accurate financial records, manage multiple divisions, and support both day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software platforms, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, S2000, and Access, along with expertise in AIA billing, payroll reporting, and contract management. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to organizational goals, she provides critical support that enhances efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance.

With a strong foundation in accounting, operations, and client service, Carly is a highly adaptable professional who brings both technical expertise and leadership experience to every role. Carly specializes in full-cycle accounting, including audits, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and tax compliance, with advanced proficiency in multiple EMR platforms. Over the course of Carly’s career, she has successfully supported organizations across diverse industries—including finance, healthcare, real estate, and property management—by streamlining processes, improving financial accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency. Carly’s experience includes managing corporate banking activities, supervising teams, leading human resources functions, and overseeing billing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance along. In addition to Carly’s accounting expertise, she brings a client-focused mindset. Carly is known for her ability to multitask, stay organized in fast-paced environments, and quickly learn new systems and technologies. John DeFelice is an accomplished operations executive and engineer with over 20 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, and large-scale building systems. John is currently a Sr Project Manager at DPI Electric & Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University, along with a minor in Mathematics. John also holds a NYC Master Electrical License. John oversees daily field operations, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives. He has a proven track record of leading large teams—managing workforces of over 150 personnel—and delivering projects ranging from small-scale installations to multi-million-dollar developments. Throughout his career, John has built strong relationships with clients, property managers, and contractors across the New Jersey and New York market. His expertise spans estimating, value engineering, and project execution, consistently driving efficiency, cost savings, and high-quality results. Known for his leadership and hands-on approach, he plays a key role in developing teams, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery.

With a strong foundation in electrical engineering and over a decade of experience in production management and project coordination, Juan brings a results-driven approach to every project he takes on. His career is defined by a commitment to quality, efficiency, and seamless execution—from initial planning through final delivery. Juan began his professional journey in the production and digital communications industry, where he held leadership roles overseeing operations, enforcing rigorous quality standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Throughout this period, he built a reputation for optimizing workflows, maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. Building on this experience, Juan transitioned into the electrical field, where he conducts detailed site evaluations, prepares accurate project estimates, and analyzes subcontractor proposals to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. He also plays a key role in project kick-offs, helping ensure a smooth and successful transition from planning to execution. A results-driven professional with a unique blend of experience in both behavioral health and the electrical construction industry, Jack currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager with DPI Electric. With a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving, Jack leads estimating teams to deliver accurate, competitive project bids while continuously improving processes and timelines. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University–Newark, building on earlier studies at the County College of Morris and Rowan University’s College of Engineering. This diverse educational background provides a well-rounded perspective, combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of human behavior—an asset in both leadership and client-facing roles. Jack has worked as a Project Coordinator and Estimator, where he developed expertise in cost analysis, subcontractor coordination, and bid preparation across commercial, medical, and government projects. Known for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and a quick learner, Jack brings strong technical proficiency, time management, and collaboration skills to every project. Jacks hands-on work ethic continues to inform his practical and solutions-focused approach today.

Andrew Prudnikov is a results-driven mechanical engineer specializing in electrical systems design and construction engineering for large-scale developments. A graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, he brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering complex residential and commercial projects throughout New York City. Currently serving as Engineer at DPI Electric & Communications, Andrew leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees project execution, and drives innovation in engineering workflows. His work spans everything from temporary power distribution design to full-scale electrical coordination, consistently balancing technical precision with practical, cost-effective solutions. Known for his problem-solving mindset and leadership, Andrew has contributed to major high-rise developments by optimizing system designs, reducing costs, and improving project efficiency. He is passionate about advancing engineering standards, mentoring teams, and staying at the forefront of industry technology.

Andy Lai began his career as a non-union electrician, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the field before joining the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 456. His dedication and expertise quickly propelled him through the ranks, where he took on pivotal roles such as Foreman and General Foreman. Throughout his career, Andy has worked on a diverse array of projects, including educational facilities, residential high-rises, and pharmaceutical sites. Beyond his on-site contributions, Andy is a dedicated member of the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) for Local 456. As an educator, he specializes in fire alarm systems, controls, and data, sharing his extensive knowledge and ensuring the next generation of electricians are well-prepared for the industry’s challenges. Andy’s unique blend of specialized technical skills and his experience managing large-scale projects—sometimes overseeing teams of up to 50 workers—has led him to his current role as a supervisor at DPI Electric. In this capacity, he leverages his broad skill set and leadership abilities to oversee complex projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
